# ProMed – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ProMed. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ProMed platform, including its website, applications, and services. By accessing or using ProMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

## 1. About ProMed

ProMed is a digital platform connecting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities with verified suppliers and importers of medical devices and consumables across Iraq. ProMed acts solely as a facilitator and does not manufacture, sell, or distribute medical products unless explicitly stated.

## 2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent a healthcare facility or medical supply business. All provided information must be accurate and up to date.

## 3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities conducted under their accounts. ProMed is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

## 4. Verification and Listings

Suppliers undergo a verification process; however, ProMed does not guarantee product quality, regulatory approval, or performance. Healthcare providers must conduct their own due diligence.

## 5. Platform Role and Limitations

ProMed is not a party to transactions between users and does not control pricing, delivery, warranties, or after-sales service. All agreements are made directly between users.

## 6. Medical and Regulatory Disclaimer

ProMed does not provide medical advice. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with Iraqi health and regulatory requirements.

## 7. Payments and Transactions

If payment services are offered, ProMed may act only as a facilitator. ProMed is not responsible for payment disputes unless explicitly stated.

## 8. User Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or misuse the Platform in any way.

## 9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of ProMed and may not be used without written permission.

## 10. Data Protection

Use of the Platform is subject to the ProMed Privacy Policy.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

ProMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

## 12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify ProMed against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violations of these Terms.

## 13. Termination

ProMed may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

## 14. Changes to Terms

ProMed may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and disputes fall under Iraqi jurisdiction.
